Real Estate Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to handle residential and

commercial real estate sales. This role involves field visits, client meetings, and calling-based lead

conversion. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and passionate about property

sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, and walk-ins
• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Convince and negotiate with clients to close deals successfully
• Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure
• Maintain daily sales reports and follow-up records
• Requirements:
• Experience in real estate sales or field sales preferred
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable with field work as well as calling-based sales
• Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up abilities
• Basic knowledge of residential and commercial property sales is a plus
