Job Title: Sales Executive
Experience: 6 months to 1 year min.
Location: Derabassi, Zirakpur, Lalru

Job Summary:
Rana Infracon is looking for enthusiastic and driven freshers to join our sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting in generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our services/products. This role provides an excellent opportunity for growth within the company, as well as hands-on experience in the infrastructure industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying potential clients and new business opportunities.
Learn and understand company products/services and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
Support the sales team in lead generation activities, such as cold calling, networking, and online/offline research.
Help maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Attend and assist with meetings with clients and contribute to developing strong client relationships.
Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and related documentation.
Participate in market research and gather information on competitors and market trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Provide feedback on customer needs, market conditions, and product improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
No prior experience required; however, internships or academic projects related to sales/marketing would be a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within the company.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
