Job Description

Job Title: Receptionist (Female)Job SummaryWe are seeking a well-presented, professional, and customer-oriented female receptionist to manage our front desk. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes where required.
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.
  • Provide information and assistance to guests and clients as needed.
  • RequirementsFemale candidate with a pleasant personality and professional appearance.
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred) or 12th pass with relevant experience.
  • Good communication skills in English and [local language].
