Position: Record Keeper

Key Skill: Advanced / Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Main Responsibilities

Data Entry & Record Maintenance

• Maintain daily records of documents, files, and transactions.
• Enter and update data accurately in Excel sheets.

Excel Data Management

• Create and manage spreadsheets for tracking records.
• Use formulas such as SUM, VLOOKUP, IF, COUNT, Pivot Tables.
• Organize large datasets and maintain proper formatting.

Report Preparation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports in Excel.
• Generate summaries and charts for management.

File & Document Control

• Maintain digital and physical records.
• Ensure documents are properly labeled and stored.

Data Accuracy & Backup

• Check data for errors and correct inconsistencies.
• Maintain backup copies of records.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel

Knowledge of:

• Pivot Tables
• Data Filters & Sorting
• Basic Excel formulas
• Charts & Reports
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualification

• Graduate or Diploma
• 1–3 years experience in data entry / record keeping
• Good computer skills
