Job Opening: Reservation Executive.
Echor Hotels & Resorts is looking for an experienced and dynamic Reservation Executive to join our team!
If you have a passion for guest service, strong leadership skills, and experience in hotel reservations, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage reservation operations and ensure a smooth guest booking experience. Respond to guest feedback and continuously enhance their experience. Maintain accurate inventory across OTAs, direct websites, and B2B channels. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and front office teams to optimize bookings. Handle guest concerns, booking changes, cancellations, or complaints promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Hotel or Tourism Management.
Excellent communication skills.
Passion for guest service and experience enhancement.
Salary & Perks: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month
Location: Zirakpur
