Restaurant Staff

Key Responsibilities'

Customer Service Greet customers and welcome them to the restaurant. Take food and beverage orders accurately.

Answer questions about the menu, ingredients, and promotions. Ensure customers are satisfied with their meals.

Food & Beverage Handling Prepare or assist in preparing simple food items and beverages.

Serve food and drinks to customers. Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Order Processing & Payments Enter orders into the POS (Point of Sale) system. Handle cash, card, and digital payments. Provide receipts and manage billing accurately. Cleanliness & Maintenance Clean tables, counters, and dining areas

Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and service areas. Ensure proper waste disposal and sanitation

Inventory & Supplies Refill condiments, napkins, and service item's

Assist with stock checking and reporting low supplies. Team Support Work closely with kitchen staff, servers, and supervisors.

Help during busy hours to maintain service speed. Follow instructions from restaurant managers .Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills

Customer service orientation Basic math skills for billing Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Teamwork and multitasking ability Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices Typical Work Environment Restaurants, cafes, fast-food outlets, and hotels May require standing for long hours Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays

Shift Trimmings are 12.00 Noon to 11.00 PM

Basic Qualifications

Candidate must be 12th pass or equivalent (sometimes optional)

Prior hospitality or food service experience is a plus but not always required Basic training in food safety may be preferred

Candidate having Good communication Skill & have knowledge of Basic Excel

Candidate must have knowledge & Experience in Inventory Management, Food Cost etc.
