Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, provide product information, and offer solutions.
- Sales & Transactions: Process sales, returns, and exchanges using Point of Sale (POS) systems, handling cash and card payments.
- Merchandising: Arrange merchandise, maintain attractive displays, and keep the sales floor clean and organized.
- Target Achievement: Work to meet individual and team sales goals.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining accurate inventory.
- Reporting: May prepare daily sales reports and customer data.
