Job Description
- 1. Sales Support & CoordinationCoordinate with the sales team for order processing and execution
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders
- Maintain smooth communication between sales team, warehouse, and accounts
- 2. Order ManagementAccurate order entry and tracking in the system
- Monitor order status and resolve any delays/issues
- Ensure proper documentation (PO, invoices, dispatch details)
- 3. MIS & ReportingPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Track target vs achievement of the sales team
- Maintain data accuracy and timely sharing with management
- 4. Customer & Distributor CoordinationHandle queries from distributors/customers
- Follow up for orders, payments, and feedback
- Maintain strong relationships for smooth operations
- 5. Payment Follow-upsTrack outstanding payments from the market
- Coordinate with the sales team for timely collections
- Share regular updates on overdue accounts
- 6. Inventory CoordinationCoordinate with warehouse for stock availability
- Ensure proper stock allocation as per orders
- Highlight stock shortages or excess inventory
- 7. Scheme & Offer ImplementationSupport execution of sales schemes and promotions
- Ensure proper communication of schemes to the team
- Track scheme performance and reporting
- 8. Documentation & ComplianceMaintain proper records of all sales-related documents
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
