Disafe Private Limited is a leading manufacturer of cleanroom garments and disposable protective apparel catering to the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and industrial sectors. We are committed to delivering quality products that meet the highest standards of hygiene and safety. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who can efficiently manage sales operations, coordinate with clients and internal departments, and ensure smooth execution of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between the sales team, production, and dispatch departments for order processing and timely deliveries.
• Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and order tracking sheets in Excel.
• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales reports as required.
• Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and feedback through calls or emails.
• Support the sales team in tender documentation, sample dispatches, and pricing updates.
• Monitor stock availability and communicate production timelines to clients.
• Assist in preparing MIS reports and maintaining sales-related documentation.
• Maintain proper coordination with accounts for billing and payment follow-up.
• Provide administrative and back-end support for the sales department.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.Com / BBA / MBA).
• 1–4 years of experience in sales coordination or back-office support.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations.
• Good command over English and Hindi with effective communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
