Sales Executive

Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations.

Assist customers in product selection and upselling/cross-selling to meet sales targets.

Maintain merchandise displays as per company visual guidelines.

Ensure shelves are well-stocked, clean, and accurately tagged with pricing.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions.

Manage billing and cash handling operations when required.

Track sales performance and contribute to achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Stay updated on promotions, new arrivals, and store policies.

Coordinate with store and inventory teams to ensure product availability.

Follow shop floor standards including hygiene, safety, and security guidelines.

Support promotional and marketing activities inside the store.
