We will Provide Attractive Incentives based on performance
Key responsibilities
- Call daily leads & existing contacts, explain monopoly-based franchise benefits
- Share product list, pricing, promo schemes; handle queries
- Fix meetings for the field team, maintain follow-up tracker
- Record outcomes in CRM/Excel; report daily connections, callbacks, conversions
- Meet weekly targets (calls, appointments, sales)
Requirements
- 0–2 yrs tele-calling/sales (pharma background a plus)
- Hindi & English fluency; Punjabi/Hindi regional comfort
- Clear voice, persuasive tone, basic computer skills
- Understanding of PCD franchise model preferred
