Job Description
- New Franchise Acquisition: Proactively cold-call and convert leads into new PCD Pharma distributors to expand our nationwide footprint.
- Portfolio Pitching: Deliver high-impact sales pitches for our 500+ SKU range (Cardiac, Gynae, etc.) using digital visual aids and WhatsApp tools.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly "New Opening" and revenue commitments through aggressive follow-ups and negotiation.
- Pipeline Reporting: Maintain real-time accuracy in daily call logs and lead status to ensure a seamless transition of hot leads to management.
