Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive with 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the textiles, garments, or FMCG industry. The candidate will be responsible for executing the company’s sales strategy, achieving targets, and maintaining strong client relationships within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales through existing and new channel partners, retailers, or direct customers.
• Identify market opportunities and generate leads to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Visit retail outlets, distributors, and market areas to promote products and collect orders.
• Ensure proper placement and display of products at retail points.
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the management.
• Execute sales promotional activities as directed by the management.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and adhere to credit policies.
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports and market updates to the reporting manager.

Key Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in textiles, FMCG, garments, or retail sectors.
• Good understanding of distribution/channel sales and retail operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a go-getter attitude.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reporting tools, and mobile sales apps.
