Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for sales.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify new leads and opportunities
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

• Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant sales role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
