Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our IT/technology services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online channels
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Present and explain company services/products to potential customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Follow up with leads and convert them into clients
• Maintain proper records of sales activities in CRM
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled
• Prepare and deliver sales reports to management

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of IT services/technology industry (preferred)
• Strong negotiation and convincing ability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
