Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Tele-Sales Executive to drive sales growth primarily through phone calls and email correspondence. This is an inside sales role focused on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and nurturing client relationships to increase the company’s revenue streams.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling & Prospecting: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential new clients (pharmaceutical companies, distributors) to introduce our API products and services.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Utilize databases and market research to identify new business opportunities (leads) and qualify them for further sales engagement.
  • Sales Support: Support the field sales team by setting up qualified appointments and preparing necessary data or documentation.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Handle inbound customer inquiries, understand their requirements, and provide appropriate solutions or redirect queries to the relevant team members.
  • Data Management & CRM: Accurately update and maintain customer information, call details, and follow-up statuses in the CRM software or internal database daily.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly call reports, sales pipeline updates, and performance metrics to management.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Effectively communicate value propositions and persuade prospects to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.



Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. A background in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm) or Science (B.Sc/M.Sc) is an added advantage.
  • Experience: [Insert number, e.g., 1-3] years of proven experience in Tele-Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, or B2B sales (preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industry).
  • Language: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi are mandatory.


Skills:

  • Strong convincing power and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Email, CRM software familiarity).
  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Pharmaceutical Knowledge: Basic awareness of the pharma industry products is a significant plus.
