Job Summary

Vrovwen Biologics Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth through B2B sales and marketing initiatives. The role involves identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and promoting the company’s products and services in the biotechnology/pharma sector.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B segment

Generate leads through field visits, networking, and online research

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Graduate (preferred in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field)

Experience: 0–3 years in sales, marketing, or business development (B2B preferred)

Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

Required Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Good understanding of B2B sales processes

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools

Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
