Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with potential clients from IndiaMART and other lead sources.
• Manage Key accounts and enhance sales
• Explain product details, pricing, and trade schemes to distributors and stockists.
• Generate new business leads and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the manager for quotations, dispatches, and product queries.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & English).
• Proactive attitude and ability to handle client calls confidently.
• Comfortable working on CRM or Excel-based lead tracking.
