Security Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Security Supervisor (Civilian) will be responsible for supervising day-to-day security operations, ensuring safety of people, property, and assets, and maintaining discipline among security staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage security guards and shift rosters
• Ensure proper access control, gate management, and visitor movement
• Conduct regular patrolling and security checks of premises
• Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activity
• Handle incidents such as theft, trespassing, or emergencies
• Maintain daily security logs, reports, and incident records
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and SOPs
• Coordinate with local authorities in case of emergencies
• Conduct training and briefing of security staff
• Ensure discipline, turnout, and performance of guards

Key Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of security procedures and safety protocols
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting and MIS
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
