Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting tasks including accounts payable and receivable, billing, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and journals.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into accounting software (e.g., Tally).
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Monitor petty cash and maintain expense records.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
- Maintain and organize all financial files and documents.
- Liaise with Training centres, students, and Higher officials for finance-related queries.
