Position Vacant - Sr. Executive_Tendering & Projects

Work Location - Panchkula

Role Clarity -

• Lead end-to-end tendering process for Substation, Transmission & Distribution projects including preparation of detailed BOQs, cost estimates and bid documentation.
• Monitor and download tender notices and documents from various client and e-tendering portals. Prepare comprehensive tender synopses based on NITs and tender conditions.
• Review and interpret technical specifications, drawings and commercial terms & conditions to ensure complete compliance and risk identification.
• Represent the organization in pre-bid meetings, coordinate internal discussions and manage all clarifications with clients, consultants and utility authorities.
• Develop and manage a strong vendor base, float enquiries, follow up for quotations, and ensure timely receipt of compliant technical and commercial offers.
• Evaluate vendor offers, conduct detailed technical and commercial comparisons and prepare comparative statements with recommendations.
• Prepare detailed project cost estimates, rate analysis and pricing strategies in line with market trends and company margins.
• Compile and finalize techno-commercial tender submissions, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness and adherence to submission deadlines.
• Support management during negotiations with clients and consultants, prepare revised offers, deviation statements and post-bid documentation.
• Coordinate closely with Execution, Planning, Procurement and Accounts departments for constructability reviews, budgeting, cash-flow inputs and smooth handover of awarded projects.
• Maintain tendering MIS, track bid pipeline, success ratios and key contractual/commercial obligations.
