Job Title: Senior HR Manager

Experience Required: 8–10 years (preferably in Electrical)
Qualification: MBA in HR / PGDM in Human Resources / Equivalent
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Senior HR Manager to lead the Human Resources functions of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, and statutory compliance. The candidate will play a key role in building a positive work culture, hiring the right talent, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling & onboarding).
• Develop and implement HR policies and HR strategies.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
• Handle performance evaluation system and appraisal cycle.
• Plan and execute employee engagement and retention programs.
• Address employee grievances and promote a healthy work environment.
• Manage payroll coordination with accounts team.
• Ensure statutory compliance (ESI, PF, labour laws, etc.).
• Coordinate training and skill development programs for employees.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and manpower planning.
• Coordinate KPI, KRA of Employee.
Skills Required:
• Excellent knowledge of HR practices, policies, and labor compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & HRMS software.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with a people-oriented approach.
• Strong leadership and decision-making ability.
