Senior Sales Manager (Real Estate)

We are hiring a Senior Sales Manager for a reputed real estate developer based in Panchkula. The candidate must have strong experience in direct sales with end customers (walk-ins, site visits, lead closures) and not channel partner–driven sales. The role involves handling client meetings, conducting site visits, explaining project offerings, negotiating deals, and closing bookings independently. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of real estate sales experience, excellent communication and closing skills, strong understanding of residential projects, and the ability to meet monthly sales targets through direct customer engagement.
