Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Service Manager to lead and manage service operations at our Bajaj dealership in Panchkula. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, workshop efficiency, team leadership, and achieving service KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day workshop and service center operations
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and effective complaint resolution
• Manage service advisors, technicians, and support staff
• Monitor service quality, productivity, and turnaround time
• Ensure compliance with Bajaj service standards and processes
• Plan and achieve service revenue targets with cost control
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure proper closure
• Maintain service records, MIS reports, and warranty processes
• Conduct training, coaching, and performance reviews
• Coordinate with spare parts, sales, and dealership management teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in automobile service operations
• Experience as Service Manager / Assistant Service Manager preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer handling and communication abilities
• Good knowledge of workshop operations, warranty & CRM
• Ability to meet service targets and improve efficiency
• Proficient in MS Office and Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
