Job SummaryWe are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can run and manage paid advertisements on Google and Meta platforms. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads along with Instagram & Facebook ads, focused on lead generation, traffic, and conversions.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Run Meta Ads on Instagram & Facebook
- Keyword research, ad copy writing, and bid management
- Conversion tracking setup (Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4)
- Audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization
- Monitor daily performance (CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS)
- Prepare performance reports and improve ROI
- Follow Google & Meta ad policies and best practices
