Social Media Manager & On-Ground Content Executive

Location: Factory-based (Offline)

Job Type: Full-time | Flexible timings (shoot-based)

Role:

We are looking for a hands-on social media manager who can manage content online and execute it on-ground. The role includes handling social media, attending shoots, capturing raw content, and coordinating across multiple brands and factory activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Instagram/Facebook posting & basic engagement
• Attend factory & brand shoots; capture photos/videos (mobile is fine)
• Handle BTS content during shoots
• Coordinate with internal teams & creatives
• Manage content for multiple in-house brands

Requirements:

• Comfortable with offline + online work
• Flexible with shoot schedules
• Basic understanding of social media & reels
• Good coordination and multitasking skills

Bonus (Not Mandatory):

• Basic video editing knowledge
• Experience with D2C brands or shoots
