Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Customer Service ManagementHandle inbound and outbound service calls professionally.
  • Register customer complaints, installation requests, and service follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Verify warranty details and product information during call logging.
  • Assign service requests to the nearest technician or authorized service center based on pin code.
  • Track the progress of service jobs till closure and ensure timely updates to customers.
  • Maintain a high standard of courtesy and professionalism in every customer interaction.
  • Spare Management CoordinationRecord and track spare part requests from technicians and service partners.
  • Coordinate with the spare inventory team for part availability and dispatch.
  • Maintain digital records of parts issued and consumed against each service ticket.
  • Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages or delays to management.
  • Dealer & Technician CoordinationCoordinate with dealers/distributors for service updates and installation requests.
  • Support technicians with job details, spare requirements, and customer data.
  • Ensure clear communication and timely completion of all assigned cases.
  • CRM & ReportingUpdate service CRM with accurate customer and product information.
  • Generate daily and weekly reports for service status, pending calls, and spare usage.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the Service Manager or relevant authority.
  • Support in improving call handling scripts, service process flow, and data accuracy.
  • Key Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and listening skills (Hindi & English).
  • Strong coordination ability across multiple teams.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM or ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of consumer durables / home appliances service processes preferred.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Customer-first attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate in any stream (preferred: BBA / BA / B.Com).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in customer service / call center / service coordination, preferably in home appliances or consumer durable industry.
  • Experience with service CRM tools, call logging systems, or spare tracking software will be an advantage.
  • RemunerationAs per industry standards and experience.
