 Job Description: Team Member / Steward – Burger Singh Franchise Outlet

🔸 Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-friendly Team Member to join our Burger Singh franchise outlet. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with people, maintain high hygiene and service standards, and ensure smooth daily operations at the store.

🔸 Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing orders.

• Ensure accurate order-taking and timely service.

• Handle customer queries and provide a pleasant dining experience.

Food Preparation & Handling

• Assist in basic burger assembly, frying, portioning, and packaging as per Burger Singh SOPs.

• Maintain freshness, quality, and hygiene of food items.

• Follow all kitchen safety and cleanliness protocols.

Store Operations

• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and service counters.

• Restock inventory items (buns, sauces, beverages, disposables, etc.).

• Assist in opening and closing procedures of the outlet.

• Ensure all equipment is used properly and safely.

Team Support

• Coordinate with other team members during rush hours.

• Follow instructions directly from the Owner/Manager.

• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism.

🔸 Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (graduates welcome).

• Basic communication skills (Hindi/English).

• Customer-friendly attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to handle fast-paced work environment.

• Prior experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) is a plus.
