Job Description
Make outbound calls to distributors, stockists, and prospective PCD franchise partners across India.
Explain company profile, product range, monopoly rights, schemes, and offers clearly to clients.
Generate and follow up on PCD franchise leads and convert them into confirmed orders.
Share product lists, price details, schemes, and required documents via WhatsApp / Email.
Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and accounts teams for order processing and payment follow-ups.
Maintain daily call reports, lead status, and follow-up records in Excel / CRM.
Handle customer queries professionally and build long-term relationships.
