Telecalling Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecommerce Executive to handle customer enquiries, provide accurate product information, and convert leads into confirmed orders. The ideal candidate will play a key role in customer communication, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products, pricing, and appropriate quantities.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to product enquiries and order placements.
• Generate regular follow-ups with prospective customers to convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and order status.
• Prepare and submit daily call reports and sales tracking data.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Ensure clear communication between customers and internal teams to maintain service quality and satisfaction.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and order-related updates professionally and promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling.
• Ability to maintain accurate records.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Experience:

Prior experience of atleast 6 months in tele sales, telecommerce, or customer support is preferred.
