Telecalling Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, healthcare professionals, distributors, and retailers to promote and sell our Ayurvedic pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to Customers.
• Promote and explain Ayurvedic pharmaceutical products and their benefits.
• Maintain a database of prospects and update customer details regularly.
• Follow up on pending inquiries and previous interactions.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and call targets.
• Address customer queries and provide accurate product information.
• Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for order processing.
• Maintain records of calls and sales activities in MS Excel.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
• Good listening and customer-handling skills.
