Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Share company product details and generate leads.
- Follow up with interested clients.
- Maintain proper call records and reporting.
- Assist the Business Development team with appointment setting.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service will be a plus.
