Key Responsibilities

• Outbound calling to onboard real estate brokers and channel partners
• Explaining project details to brokers and resolving basic queries
• Calling prospective customers and helping them understand project offerings
• Scheduling site visits for customers for projects in Himachal, Punjab, and Goa
• Coordinating with sales and site teams for visit confirmations
• Maintaining call records, follow-ups, and lead status
• Sharing brochures, pricing, and basic payment plan information
• Ensuring proper handover of qualified leads to the sales team

Desired Skills & Requirements

• Prior experience in real estate telesales / telecalling preferred
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Confident on calls and comfortable with daily calling targets
• Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management tools (preferred)
• Ability to follow up consistently and close visit commitments
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
