Urgently Hiring For The Tele Calling Executive/Senior Counselor position :

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telecalling Executive or Counselor to connect with potential clients and provide information about our immigration services. The role involves handling outbound calls, understanding client requirements, and scheduling consultations.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead Handling & Calling

• Make outbound calls to leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
• Explain immigration programs, visa categories, and company services.

2. Client Interaction

• Understand client profiles, requirements, and eligibility.
• Provide accurate information about immigration processes and documentation.
• Maintain a professional and polite conversation with clients.

3. Appointment Scheduling

• Schedule appointments for clients with immigration counselors/consultants.
• Follow up with interested clients to convert them into consultations.

4. Data Management

• Maintain and update client details in internal database.
• Track call outcomes, follow-ups, and lead status.

5. Follow-ups

• Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients.
• Maintain relationship with clients to increase conversions.

Qualification Required :
