Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to support the Admissions Department. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, providing accurate information about courses and admission procedures, and converting inquiries into confirmed admissions.

• Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the provided database.
• Handle inbound admission inquiries and respond professionally.
• Provide detailed information about courses, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and campus facilities.
• Follow up with interested candidates regularly to ensure admission closure.
• Maintain proper records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups in the system.
• Coordinate with the counseling and admission team for campus visits and documentation.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating.
• Required Qualifications: Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
• Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or admissions preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Skills Required: Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi & English).
• Convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good listening and follow-up skills.
• Experience:0–2 years of experience in telecalling / customer service / education sector preferred.
