Job Summary

We are looking to hire 10 experienced Sales Executives for our department. The ideal candidates should be dynamic, target-driven professionals with strong communication skills and the ability to confidently manage patient interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Handle patient interactions confidently and professionally
• Explain products/services effectively and address patient queries
• Maintain strong follow-ups and relationship management
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful sales
• Maintain accurate sales records and report

Core Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
• Ability to handle patients with confidence and empathy
• Good negotiation and closing skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM and sales reporting (preferred)

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales (preferably 1 years)
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

Compensation

• Up to ₹25,000/- CTC per month, depending on experience and interview performance
