Telesales Executive

A telecaller makes outbound and handles inbound calls to promote products or services, generate leads, provide customer support, or gather information. Key responsibilities include explaining product features, maintaining customer records, resolving issues, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strong communication and follow-up skills. The role requires excellent communication, persuasion, problem-solving, and data management skills, often involving using scripts and CRM systems to track interactions.
