• Compliance: Ensure all applications comply with the specific immigration laws and regulations of the destination country. 
• Information and communication: Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to clients about their visa process and handle inquiries. 
• Liaison: Act as a liaison between clients and government agencies, consulates, or embassies to facilitate the application process. 
• Knowledge management: Stay up-to-date on all relevant and changing visa policies, regulations, and procedures for the countries they specialize in. 
• Interview preparation: Assist clients in preparing for any necessary visa interviews.
