• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to doctors, distributors, and customers to promote company products
• Explain product features and benefits clearly and confidently
• Generate leads and close sales over the phone
• Maintain customer records and follow up regularly
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
