Tour And Travel Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Consultation: Consult with clients to understand preferences, sell packages (domestic/international), customize itineraries (flights, hotels, activities).
• Booking & Coordination: Handle bookings, manage confirmations, liaise with suppliers (hotels, airlines) for deals and services.
• Customer Service: Provide pre, during, and post-trip support, resolve issues, manage complaints, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on destinations, trends, promotions, and competitor activities.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals and KPIs.
• Marketing Support: Assist with promotional activities, generate leads, and build client databases. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in the travel/tourism sector.
• Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills for client interaction and negotiation.
• Organization: Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple bookings.
• Customer Focus: Client-centric approach with a passion for travel.
• Technical: Familiarity with booking systems (GDS), CRM software, and digital sales tools.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
