Job Summary

• Managing Operations
• Handling of Customer Queries
• Product Handling cum Sales (Air Ticket Reservation, Hotel Booking, Holiday Packages)

**Responsibilities and Duties

• To Manage Sales and Operations and pitch the clients for Airtickets, Hotel Bookings & International / Domestic Holiday Packages.
• To Confirm Bookings and Issue Tickets for Travel, Accommodation Vouchers and all relevant documentations.
• To Update payments and maintain records of transactions.
• To Manage communication with Vendors/Suppliers for the best rates & services for the travelers.
• To Prepare Quotations & Travel Itineraries for the guest as per their requirements.

**Required Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate Students.
• Hospitality & Frankfinn Candidates will be preferred.
• Good Computer Knowledge and Internet Proficiency.
• Smart Personality with Good Communication Skills
• Good command over English & Hindi Language.

**Salary/Remuneration:-

• Salary between 15K - 30K Per Month & Negotiable (Subject to Interview)
