Role: UGC Content Creator & Social Media Executive (In-House)

Execution role. Not for planners.

You will handle content creation + social media end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Create UGC-style product videos (ads + organic)
• Shoot and edit reels/short videos with strong hooks & retention
• Create product videos for Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho & other e-commerce platforms
• Edit short videos/reels for Instagram, Facebook & other social media
• Edit YouTube videos (product explainers, promotional & brand videos)
• Add text, graphics, transitions, music & effects to enhance video quality
• Optimize videos as per platform guidelines & aspect ratios
• Work closely with marketing team for creative ideas and deadlines
• Maintain proper file management and backups

Tools Required

• CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro
• Basic: Adobe After Effects (plus)

Requirements

• Strong understanding of reels & short-form content
• Experience in UGC/product videos
• Can shoot + edit + post daily
• Basic knowledge of content that converts
