We are looking for a creative and skilled Photo & Video Editor who can handle end-to-end content creation—right from shooting to editing and posting. The role involves creating office vlogs, reels, post graphics, and daily mini vlogs. The candidate should be comfortable working closely with senior management and producing fast, high-quality content for social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Designing (Canva)Design social media post graphics, stories, banners, and thumbnails using Canva.
• Create visually appealing and brand-aligned creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Maintain consistency in brand colors, fonts, and layouts.
• Photo & Video ShootingHandle photo and video shoots for office activities, products, events, and team moments.
• Shoot office vlogs, behind-the-scenes content, and daily work culture videos.
• Sit with the team to shoot daily mini vlogs, business moments, and thought-based content.
• Ensure proper framing, lighting, and audio during shoots.
• Video EditingEdit reels, short videos, and vlogs smoothly with engaging transitions, subtitles, music, and effects.
• Convert raw footage into high-impact short-form content for social media.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn).
• Content Posting & ManagementUpload and post edited content on social media platforms as per schedule.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for captions, hashtags, and posting timelines.
• Maintain an organized content library (raw footage & edited files).
