Video Editor

We are looking for a senior Video Editor who manages a team of 8-10 video editors and can edit high-quality videos for social media, ads and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, pacing and visual aesthetics, and be comfortable working with multiple brands and content formats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook ads and other digital platforms.
• Manage a team of 8-10 video editors.
• Work closely with the social media and creative team to understand content requirements
• Add transitions, text, graphics, sound effects and music to enhance videos
• Ensure videos are delivered on time and meet brand guidelines
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality
• Stay updated with current video trends, formats and platform requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in video editing
• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro)
• Strong understanding of social media video formats and trends
• Good sense of storytelling, timing and visual flow
• Ability to take feedback positively and make quick revisions
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics is a plus
