Position Title: Videographer

Location: Zirakpur, Punjab (Head Office)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Videographer with strong technical skills and a minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in professional video production. The ideal candidate must be efficient, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of delivering high-quality video content while maintaining timelines and shoot requirements. This role requires strong camera expertise, on-ground coordination, and consistent execution during pre-production, production, and post-production phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute video shoots efficiently, ensuring timely setup, smooth workflow, and minimal delays.
• Operate professional cameras and related equipment with consistency and precision.
• Ensure proper lighting setup, audio clarity, and overall technical accuracy for high-quality footage.
• Plan and prepare thoroughly for all shoots, including understanding production requirements and equipment readiness.
• Manage and maintain videography equipment, ensuring everything is functional and well-organized.

Key Requirements

Experience

Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience as a Videographer in corporate, commercial, or digital content environments.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certification in Film Production, Media Studies, Cinematography, or related fields (preferred).

Skills

• Strong technical proficiency with cameras, lighting setups, audio gear, tripods, gimbals, and other video equipment.
• Solid understanding of framing, composition, lighting, exposure, and shot continuity.
• Ability to work efficiently under time-sensitive conditions without compromising quality.
• Strong on-ground coordination and planning abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with proactive reporting habits.
• High accountability, discipline, and reliability in time-bound production tasks.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and handle technical challenges independently.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on workflow efficiency

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: Up to ₹25,000-30,000 per month
