Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Visa Counselor to provide expert guidance to clients on visa applications, documentation, and procedures. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of immigration laws and regulations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

# Key Responsibilities

1. Client Consultation: Provide accurate and timely advice to clients on visa applications, documentation, and procedures.

2. Visa Application Preparation: Prepare and review visa applications, supporting documents, and submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness.

3. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.

4. Immigration Law and Regulation: Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration laws, regulations, and procedures, applying this knowledge to provide expert guidance to clients.

5. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Communicate effectively with clients, embassy officials, and other stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service.

# Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field.

2. Experience: Proven experience in immigration law, visa counseling, or a related field.

3. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.

4. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

5. Language: Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
