Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a VMC Operator

Salary

• ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Education

• ITI / Diploma / Technical Qualification preferred
• Candidates with hands-on machine experience may also be considered

Key Responsibilities

• Operate VMC machines as per engineering drawings and job requirements
• Perform basic machine setup and take tool offsets
• Ensure proper machine functioning during production
• Conduct in-process inspection to maintain dimensional accuracy
• Follow safety and quality standards on the shop floor

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Knowledge of VMC machine operations
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Experience in dimensional checking using:

A.     Bore Gauge

B.     Height Gauge

C.     Micrometer

• Capability to take and adjust tool offsets
• Basic understanding of machining and quality control
