Filler Operator

Job Description:

The Filler Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring the bottle filling machine to

ensure accurate filling, proper sealing, and product quality. The role ensures smooth

production flow, minimal wastage, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bottle filling machines.
• Ensure correct fill volume and avoid under/overfilling.
• Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation around filler area.
• Monitor machine parameters such as pressure, speed, and flow.
• Check bottle cleanliness before filling.
• Ensure proper capping/sealing to avoid leakage.
• Perform routine quality checks during production.
• Identify and rectify issues like spillage, leakage, or foam formation.
• Coordinate with blow moulding and packing teams for smooth operation.
• Maintain production and shift records.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines strictly.
• Knowledge of filling machine operation
• Understanding of beverage filling process
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in shifts
