Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development Executive to expand our tyre and battery sales, build strong customer relationships, and ensure timely payment collection. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, negotiation skills, and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within a 80-km radius of our shop.

Build and maintain relationships with retailers, workshops, and fleet operators.

Promote and sell tyres and batteries to existing and new customers.

Negotiate pricing, discounts, and payment terms with clients.

Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection.

Maintain records of sales, payments, and customer interactions.

Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock availability.

Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns.

Requirements:

Experience in sales and business development (automotive industry preferred).

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Knowledge of tyres, batteries, and automotive products is a plus.

Ability to work independently and meet sales and collection targets.

Willing to travel locally for client visits and payment follow-ups.

Basic computer skills for maintaining sales records and reports.

Must have a two-wheeler for field visits.
