Hiring: Python Full-Stack Developer (Application Development)

Role: Python Full-Stack Developer

Location: Remote / Hybrid (India)

Project: Smart Swasthya Seva

Engagement: Full-time / Contract (to be discussed)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Python Full-Stack Developer to work on application development for a healthcare-focused platform. The role involves working on both backend and frontend components and collaborating closely during the product go-live phase.

Required Technical Skills

• Working knowledge of Python

(Ability to understand, write, and modify backend code)

• Familiarity with at least one Python framework

(FastAPI / Django / Flask – hands-on depth may vary)

• Basic understanding of REST APIs

(Creating, consuming, and modifying endpoints)

• Frontend basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript

(Forms, API integration, basic UI logic)

• Basic database understanding

(PostgreSQL / MySQL or similar – CRUD operations)

• Familiarity with Git / version control

Learning & Mindset (Mandatory)

• Willingness to learn Docker / Dockerfile (prior experience not mandatory)
• Openness to using AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for development support
• Ability to ask questions when requirements are unclear
• Comfort with learning on the job and improving continuously

Communication Requirement (Important)

• Hindi communication is required for day-to-day collaboration and interviews
• Basic English reading ability is sufficient for code and documentation

(Candidates comfortable only with English and not Hindi may find this role unsuitable.)

What This Role Is NOT

• This is not a DevOps or infrastructure role
• Deep server / cloud administration experience is not required
• Hardcore UI/UX design expertise is not expected

• Application feature development
• Backend + frontend integration
• Working with clearly defined logic and requirements
• Supporting the team through development and go-live readiness

Important Note

• Appointment letter and employment terms will be issued directly by the company.
• Technical interviews and evaluations will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
• The initial engagement will include a 45-day evaluation period.
• During this evaluation period, the company may choose to discontinue the engagement if the role requirements or team alignment are not met.
• This evaluation period is intended to ensure mutual fit and does not require detailed justification for discontinuation.
